Projektbeschreibung: Title: „ Conceptualization and development of an algorithm for matching consultants to needs in the IT project management “. The objective was to develop an algorithm that would calculate the suitability level of each consultant from a list for a specific job opening. In an iterative process, the algorithm was developed and refined to ensure accuracy and efficiency. To validate the algorithm, real data was used and presented to recruiters from various companies, including Q_PERIOR AG. The results of the algorithm were found to be predominantly accurate. One recruiter even claimed that incorporating the algorithm into his daily work could save up to an hour of his time each day.

Position: Frontend-Developer

Projektbeschreibung: Development of a stakeholder web application to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the main product.

Übernommene Aufgaben: complete frontend development, setting up AWS infrastructure, design (usability)
